Usage

Use to promote 2 specific services, tools, or regulatory requirements that a user needs to act on — particularly compliance-type or operational tasks where a clear CTA per item is important. The full-bleed background photograph gives the section visual weight and urgency, making it well suited for content that needs to stand out from surrounding informational modules. Each spotlight item has its own heading, description, bullet points and a dedicated secondary action button (e.g. "Get your quality mark", "Register your property"). This makes it the right choice when each item has a distinct destination or action, rather than a shared "View all" link. Use instead of CTA Compact or CTA Detailed when you have exactly 2 items to highlight and each needs its own CTA. Don't use when items share a single action or when you have more than 2 items — use Content Carousel or Card List instead. The section heading (e.g. "Operational essentials") is displayed on the left over the background image. The first spotlight card optionally supports displaying the Fáilte Ireland Quality Approval. Toggle it off if the content of the first card is not related to the Quality Approval programme. The module is available in Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile device variants. On Mobile, the two cards stack vertically and buttons span full width.
